It's easy to shop on our site! You can find any product by using one of the six different methods.
Search Box
Search for products by inputting the Key Words such like the Brand/Product name or Motorcycle Manufacturer/Model which adapts them, then the corresponding products will be displayed.
By specifying more detailed conditions for searching, you can narrow down the corresponding products. You can search for products from the Keywords/Brands/Price Range section.
You can look for products by searching for your own motorcycle. The corresponding products will be displayed by Manufacturer/Displacement/Motorcycle Model.
When the products are already determined, you can search for them by the brand name. The brand name is displayed in alphabetical order. Choosing either of them, the products will be displayed.
You can search for the products from the Accessories Category. Choosing either of them, the corresponding products will be displayed.
When you can't locate a product or you would like to get more information about a specific product, please e-mail us at id_info@webike.net..
You will now be able to obtain related latest information about your bike. *This service is only available to registered Webike Japan members.
If you are interested in a certain vehicle make, you can click the [HERE] button located on the top of that bike's page and receive unique information on that particular vehicle make. You will be able to ;
- Receive exclusive newsletters on that model
- View press releases on that model
- Useful information about your bike will be available
- Be introduced to product reviews on that model
- Be introduced to products that are compatible with your bike
You are allowed to select multiple vehicle types. By all means, please select your bike!

How to opt out of vehicle notifications
If you no longer wish to receive information on a particular bike, please take a look at that bike's product page.
After you click the "Don't need information on MONKEY? Click here" button, you will no longer receive information on that particular bike.
For each item available at Webike Thailand, the retail price displayed is in Thai Baht. The item price does not include shipping charges. Please make sure to place your order online. Before you complete your order, you will be able to see the order details including the shipping charges.
Other currencies
For your reference, we also display the item price in other currencies. It is calculated at the exchange rate of the day.
* The exchange rate may differ from the actual rate.
* We issue a coupon which may say "certain percentage off" for designated brands or products. This will not change the value of the product such will not be deducted from each product on the invoice, but will deduct from "subtotal(add up of total price of items and possibly shipping fee)". This discount price is will not change the value of paid price, but will compensate by Webike Thailand. Please note that you may be asked to pay for tax or necessary charge against the price of the products that are not discounted.
* If you are receiving your product outside of Japan, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes at the time of delivery in each customer's country of residence. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. In that case, applicable fees and taxes are to be paid by the addressee.
Most of the items displayed on our website are not in our stock.
We place an order to the manufacturer after having an order from our customers. Therefore, please understand that it will take a few days to check and reply to you whether the manufacturer has it on stock or not.
You can see the "usually ship within …." message on the each items screen. This applies only if the manufacturer has the item(s) in stock. The accurate shipping date will be notified to the customer via e-mail. Please note that we are continuing your order if the item(s) you have ordered will arrive to our warehouse within a month (excluding weekends). As Webike quote to manufacturer, we will ask our customer if they wish to continue their order that will take more then a month to arrive to our warehouse, such called "Back order". One you agree to continue your back order, we can not cancel them for any reason.
We do accept the cancellation of the items only if they don't say "it can't be cancelled after placing an order". If the item(s) has not been shipped, please let us know and we will make an refund within 24 hours after accepting your cancellation. If the item(s) has already been shipped to you, simply return the item, and we will refund the purchased price (shipping fee is non-refundable). Please see our Return Policy page for details.
Add an item to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on product's page. You can view items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "Cart" located at upper right corner of our website.
Deleting Items
You can delete items you don’t want to order from your shopping cart by clicking on "Delete" button.
Changing Quantity of Items
The quantity of each item in the shopping cart can be changed by editing the number of items and clicking the "Update" button. You may delete, add or change items only before proceeding to order. We can not accept any changes or additions of items after your order has been placed.
Please understand that we cancel your order for various reasons. We make the refund as we cancel your order and you will receive your balance back as same as the payment method from you to Webike Thailand.Please understand that we are refunding the full amount of the item returned in Thai Baht and we are not responsible for money lost or gained due to the transaction

Any handling fee charged by the credit/debit card for your transaction are to be paid by the customer and Webike is not in responsible for any loss due to cancelling your order.
You may come against an error when you proceed to purchasing the items. This occurs when your credit card can not be used or account's balance is short.
Please check your account and place an order again.
We may put your order on hold if the order is too expensive or if we believe your order is unauthorized. If we are to send the confirmation mail and ask you something about your order, please reply to the e-mail, otherwise we may cancel the order.
You can check on the status of all your orders in My Account.

We may combine all the orders in progress in one package, if necessary. Please understand that we will not be in responsible for customs or any tax you may need to pay to receive the item.
We are sorry to inform you that you cannot add or modify products if once you place an order due to our system circumstances.
If you would like to add products or modify your order after it has been placed, please choose from the following methods below.
1.Cancel your order once, and place another order for all of the products that you would like to purchase. (At the time of your cancellation, there is a possibility that the original shipping cost can not be returned).
2.Place another order for the products that you would like to add. (We will not be able to combine the shipment).
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can cancel it. Should you decide to cancel your order, please immediately contact id_info@webike.net. with your order number.
If you would like to change the product for other merchandise, simply cancel the whole order and place a new order after we accept the cancellation.
If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. Unfortunately, we can not allow you to cancel and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Wholesale member can NOT cancel their order under his/her circumstance once the order has been placed.

International customers are considered importers and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the orders are received. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches your country. If that happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We cannot predict or control what these charges may be, as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Also, we are required to show the accurate value of the items directly on the package.
Clearance Fee
In some countries, couriers may charge clearance fees independently from the customs duty for processing the packages through the customs. For more information on what these fees might be, please contact the post office of the country in which you are receiving your order.

Delivery confirmation: After you place an order, we will send an inquiry to the manufacturerto check the product availability; and we will let you know in 1-2 working days (excluding weekend and holiday).

Delivery:

(1) Order containing a single item: The estimated delivery date of the item will be 5-7 working days (in case of no item in stock, we will contact you by e-mail).
(2) Order containing various items: We will not separate the delivery of an order containing various items. Instead, we will wait until the item with the longest lead time arrives at our warehouse. If one of the items' lead time is more than 30 days, you are allowed to cancel only such particular item.

Payment:

(1) If you complete the payment by using a credit card or debit card, we will reserve the total payment of your order at a payment gateway company (2C2P); after the delivery date of your order has been confirmed, we will collect your payment to our account.
★(2) If you use bank transfer, we will ask you to transfer money to our account after we confirm the delivery date. We will not accept any refund except for items that take more than 30 days to produce, items damaged during delivery, and items with incorrect specifications.

Remarks:

If one of the items' lead time is more than 30 days, you are allowed to cancel only such particular item; and we will deduct the price of the canceled item from the total payment.
If you want to cancel the entire items of your order, we will review and process to refund as same as your payment method to Webike Indonesia.
Regarding in-stock item, we will confirm the delivery date at the time of your order. If your order item is not in stock, the delivery date is only Estimated Date; and the manufacturer will probably take more than the appointment date to process it.


Article 1
Customer Contact Method

1. In case we need to contact you, we will contact you by using your registered e-mail address and other channels that you use when you first contact us. We might send promotional newsletters to your e-mail. So, please pay attention to the mail subject. Any information from Webike Indonesia will be sent to you by e-mail and announced on Webike Indonesia's homepage.
2. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by the inability to receive our e-mails due to the e-mail software or anti-virus software recognizing Webike Indonesia's e-mails as spams.
3. Please check your e-mail address when logging in. If it's incorrect or not matched, you might not be able to receive notification(s) from Webike Indonesia.


Article 2
Sale and Purchase Agreement

1. After your order has been confirmed, the agreement will be established. We will send you an e-mail for "Order Confirmation" with the detail of your order.
2. Order Cancellation
You are allowed to cancel you order after Webike Indonesia reviews your cancellation request. After your order has been cancelled, your order confrimation and agreement will be cancelled automatically.

Your order should be canceled in advance as below condition.

■ We're unable to deduct the total amount from your given credit/debit card
■ Suspicious personal information
■ The items you order are not available due to out of stock, long lead time, or discontinued
■ We cannot contact you or do not receive a confirmation from you
■ You have not finished the transaction in the given period


Article 3
Return
Please attach the images of the product you wish to return along with the product number of each product (in case of more than one product). We will review your request and inform you of the result in 3 business days after you fill in the return form. Should we need any further information, we will contact you by e-mail. Please send a request for return within 7 days after receiving the product and please return the product within 7 days after receiving our confirmation of the return.
Please note that all returned products must remain in 100% good condition. You must return any invoices, delivery notes, or gifts as proof of purchasing from us.
We will refund the shipping fees for the returned products unless the reason for return is due to personal factors. However, we may have to deduct your total refund for interregional fund transfer if the reason for return is due to personal factors.
1. Used or installed products cannot be returned.
2. Please return all components (screws, stickers, gifts) along with your returned products. An incomplete set will not be accepted and refunded.
3. Any returned product without confirmation from Webike Indonesia will not be accepted.
4. Any customized or modified product cannot be returned.

Webike Indonesia will not allow a return if the product matches these following condition.
■ Closeout or bargain product.
■ Defective product discount.
■ Genuine parts (OEM).
■ Already mounted or installed.
■ Damaged packaging.
■ No delivery note and invoice.
■ Stained product.
■ Books, DVD etc.
■ Only the partial of its set is left for return.
■ The items that Webike Indonesia states that the item cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
■ Others that Webike Indonesia considers as unsellable product.

Replacement for Defective Item
1. We will allow a return in case we mistakenly send the wrong size or color. We will send the correct replacement as soon as possible. However, we cannot replace it with a different item.
2. In case of any damage on the item, we will replace only the damaged part.
3. The manufacturer may need to produce a new replacement which will take some time before being able to ship it.
4. In case the replacement is unavailable due to out of stock, long lead time, or discontinued, the company will make a refund for only the specific item (the company will send a notification by email to confirm this matter).
5. The company will only allow a return according to our and manufacturer's consideration.


Refund
1. We will initiate the refund process after we check and investigate the returned products. This process may take up to 7 business days.
2. The refund process of confirmed orders will take up to 5-7 business days.
3. If you use any points or coupons on your canceled order, the company will reissue them with extended expiration date calculated based on the day you use them.


Article 4
Pricing
We will put on hold any orders that have errors in pricing due to human or systematic errors. We will contact you to inform of the errors and ask for any additional expenses that you may have to pay.


Article 5
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is the delivery fee from Webike Indonesia to a domestic destination, and it depends on the weight of the package and its destination.


Article 6
Delivery

1. Delivery date shown on this site is only an estimated shipping date. If the product you want to order is out of stock, feel free to ask us before placing the order.
2. Due to the majority of the items on this site need to be ordered from the manufacturers, there may be discontinued items or made-on-order items. The company will notify customers before processing the entire order.


Article 7
Invoice

1. Any item purchased from our site will be shown in an invoice based on the actual price of each product. The price of each product includes the VAT.
2. The company will issue one invoice for one order.
3. Please keep the invoice as a proof in case you want to ask for a return or refund.


Article 8
Disclaimer

1. The company will cancel your order if the item you order is out of stock, discontinued, or your order's next delivery date is unfixed.
2. The majority of the items are imported from other countries. So, there may be errors in the translation or provided pictures. Please inquire us about any item before placing an order.
3. Any displayed pictures include customer-owned pictures. There may be changes in the item as they get customized. Please note that the company will only use product part number and picture as a reference when placing an order to the manufacturer.
4. In case of any lost item/package during delivery or delay, the company will initiate an investigation before confirming a new order to the manufacturer as a replacement. Please note that an investigation may take up to 30 days.
5. All above disclaimers cover any items imported to Indonesia as well as exported to any other countries.

Governing Law

Orders from registered customers on www.webike.id are bound by a contract that is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Indonesian Laws on Specified Commercial Transactions.

All contents of this site are protected by intellectual property rights. Our registered users are not allowed to duplicate or use the contents of this site outside the limits of use stipulated by the Copyright Law, except upon receiving prior approval from the copyright holder.
