Context such as “cutout” -like features treated on the side cover and design processing that creates a sense of unity with the seat by blackouting the parts on both sides of the seat is the same as the original KATANA.

Matching with the chassis of the base GSX – S1000F is also excellent, and it is a finish that does not receive the impression like “retrofitting” at all.

MOTOCICLISMO magazine actually introduced comments by visitors who saw this KATANA 3.0 in the booth on the magazine’s website. Visitors say, “The design respected the original Katana.”, “They succeeded in mixing the taste of present and 36 years ago well.”, “I realized I felt how beautiful the original Katana is again by looking at this.” Furthermore, they reported that most of the visitors, who interviewed, would like to purchase this KATANA 3.0 when they are released. Not only the EICMA venue, but also the social network such as SNS has already been sent to all over the world, not only the fans of Katana but also among many riders.

By the way … what we expect from Katana resurrection

For young machine readers, it is an early delusional perception or belief but they are always hoping for a revival of Katana. Because Suzuki acquired a registered trademark of Katana in EU in March 20 ’15 (photograph), and the period is also considerably long until December 2024.
