Orders have Started for GROM Race Base Model

HONDA has started taking orders for GROM Race Base Model at HRC service shops. Details of the vehicle are available at the HRC website.

Decorate the GROM Race Base Model with Your Taste

The vehicle will be finished with parts individually selected at each HRC service shop. Some service shops will be offering Exhausts, Rearsets and Rear Suspension upon request.

The retail price of the base model is estimated to be 350,000 Yen and will vary according to the parts that are mounted to it. It is expected that parts may be selected by the customer.

The Mission mounted to this race base model is the same 4 forward gear mounted to GROM. Parts unnecessary for racing (Headlights, Stop Lamps etc.) have been removed and ECU and Harnesses have been replaced with racing parts. It is also equipped with Hand Shifter, Pit Lane Speed Control Switch and Mode Switch.

Standard Parts for the GROM Race Base Model

1) Left handle is equipped with Handle Shifter, Mode Switch and Pit Lane Speed Limiter.
2) Due to exclusive Harness, the Shift Up Indicator (optional) can be used.
3) Exclusive ECU corresponds to Racing Mapping and other setting tools and will respond to the demands of the rider in detail.
*Detail on parts will differ for each service shop.

The race base vehicle will be mounted with original racing parts (Cowl, Silencer, Step etc.) at each service shop and will be available as a complete vehicle.
Corresponds to ECU setting tools to allow fine injection setting.

The GROM Cup is Scheduled to be Held in July

The GROM Cup will be held throughout Japan in July. One Make Races are scheduled to be held overseas as well. High quality parts are expected to be released by various manufacturers and service shops in anticipation of the race. We hope they will be releasing parts like front suspension upgrade kits.
