considering the different naming of product models between the Japanese version
and the international version (e.g. Japanese version: ZOOMER, international
version: RUCKUS).
Published product details, specifications, and suitability
information is the best available at the time.
Webike Indonesia shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any
advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part(s) required
for the repair of an item.
We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person
in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Webike Indonesia cannot be held
liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

delivery of products ordered.
We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You

We accept payment by bank transfer
and over the counter in Indonesia Rupiah.
For each item available at Webike Indonesia, the retail price is displayed
Indonesian Rupiah.
The item price does not include shipping charge. Please make sure to place

Other currencies
For your reference, we also display the item price in other currencies. It is
calculated based on the exchange rate of the day.

Webike Indonesia uses JNE's delivery service.
Shipping costs are
calculated based on the "weight point chart"; the chart is calculated based on
the total weight, size, the area of delivery, and handling fee.

All prices listed on our website represents the prices offered at
the time of display, and sale prices are always subject to change. We will not
accept any requests for compensation nor discounts caused by these price
adjustments.

If an item’s actual price is higher than our stated price, Webike
will either contact you before shipping to inform you of the actual price and

We can’t cancel your order if the status is in “Order Processed at
Manufacturer” unless there are some specific conditions such as:
1) Discontinued/sold out
2) Too long delivery time
3) The estimated delivery time is unknown
Should the customer decide to cancel the order, please immediately

For made by order products, the estimation follows the terms and
conditions from the manufacturer.
If there is a delay in production which changes the date of the
first delivery estimation, Webike Indonesia Customer Service team will contact
the customer to inform the second estimation so that he/she can decide to
continue or cancel the order.
If the customer chooses cancellation, we will refund the money via
the same payment method the customer used when paying to Webike Indonesia. For
the customers who paid using a credit card, the process will take around 14
working days depending on the credit card issuer's policy. For customers who
paid via bank transfer and retail outlet, we will refund it to his/her bank
account within 7 working days.
If the customer chooses to continue the order, we will process it.
However, if the manufacturer still can’t complete the production process within
30 working days after the customer received the second estimation, we will
refund the money to his/her bank account within 7 working days.
If the product turns out to be discontinued, we will offer some
alternative products if available. Should the customer agree to change the
discontinued product with the alternative, there could be some conditions
regarding the price as follows:
a) If the discontinued product is more expensive than the
alternative, we will refund the extra money to the customer’s bank account.
b) If the discontinued product is cheaper than the alternative, the
customer should pay the additional price to PT Bintang Daya Indonesia bank
account.
*By choosing to process the order, the customer has understood and
will comply with Webike Indonesia’s terms and conditions.
