It is fun to try the Best Match with FSprocket!
I always enjoy climbing a certain public road with a 3-speed LITTLE CUB, but 3rd gear is not good at all when the DRIVEN is set at 40 with the standard +1. However, the engine load was too large during the long full throttle sections, and I did not know when the engine would break down. I wanted to give the engine a little more room to rev the engine so that even at 40km/h in 2nd gear, the engine was not at full throttle, so I decided to raise the DRIVEN 2 steps at once to 40, skipping over the standard 39. I didn't have a very good Image at the standard 39 Ding.
So I lowered the Driven to 38 Ding and the result was as I expected at first. I was able to get out of 2nd gear at 40km/h±α without having to go full throttle on every Corner. I was happy to find that I did not have to drop to low even on the tightest Corner climbs, and I did not have to drop Engine RPM on most Corner exits when entering the Corner, so as a result, I was able to drive without spoiling the acceleration feeling too much.
In addition, the engine RPMs are now more generous in 3rd gear on the downhill corner, allowing the driver to enjoy a greater sense of speed when entering the corner.
It's fun to experiment with different FRSprockets and see how they run.

Rear Sprocket replacement
The Rear of the installed product seemed to be getting a little sharp, so I bought this new one to replace it with a new one along with replacing the Chain with a new one.
The price was not that much, which was helpful.
It looks Black and does not look bad.

It was Out to ask the weight.
Bore up CUB90 to 105cc.
Before the replacement, I had KITACO's F16T and R37 Ding. It gave me great acceleration and I was able to drive uphill very comfortably.
I recently test rode a CT110 HUNTER CUB with a previous rider. Unfortunately, his impression is that the acceleration is too strong and very difficult to use, and as a result, he does not enjoy it. There is a weight difference between riders, but it is only for me, so it is fine if only I can enjoy it. However, it is frustrating to hear this from someone who knows how to use the CUB. I was just reviewing the color of the axle line and decided to replace the RSprocket which is the same process.
I purchased the same KITACO as last time and the number of the pin is 36. The color is the same glossy black as last time and the Sprocket is included in the package. When I store the Sprocket after replacement, I use the package it came in to prevent the Chain oil from sticking to other things. This package is the most convenient when using multiple Sprockets, as long as you have time to clean the oil off each time.
If you are replacing it for the first time, be careful in removing the Sprocket from the Flange. Glasses Wrenchetc. may hit your hand on the sharp Sprocket the moment it is loosened because it is tightened quite hard. If possible, we recommend using a 14mm TWrench.
After the change, the acceleration was definitely reduced. However, the irregular timing has changed and the Change Pedal is easier to operate than before. I am not holding my upper body so strongly when starting, and my riding posture is better. The maximum speed has also changed, but I don't put much emphasis on it because I don't plan to use the speed on my CUB.
The calculated Sprocket ratio gives some idea of what to expect, but it is difficult to get an impression of what it is actually like to ride. Sprocket is a part that can be replaced to adjust acceleration and speed. The price of the parts to be replaced is low for this reason, which is helpful.
I will have the same person test drive it next month. I would like to make a decision in one shot to avoid being tipped off that I'm wasting my money.

Balance of practicality and price
We replaced it at the same time when we replaced the Chain on the APE 100TypeD.
The replacement will be from OEMSprocket.
There is no problem in use. If you just want to replace it, installation is easy.
However, if you want to work more precisely when installing the Sprocket on the Wheel, it may be better to have a little ingenuity and a certain level of maintenance skill. However, since there is a lot of play in the diameter of the holes, there is a little less than 1mm of space between the Stud bolt and the Sprocket. Therefore, the center of the wheel and the center of the Sprocket must be aligned before tightening the nut, otherwise the wheel will be shaky in the circumferential direction when it rotates.
I think it is possible to improve the tolerance accuracy of the hole diameter, or to prepare a nut that can be centered in the circumferential direction by making the nut ground surface taper and tightening it, or to have a simple dedicated installation tool for high precision installation. or a simple dedicated installation tool would allow for highly accurate installation.
The material is steel, but the surface is coated with a black coloring, so it can change the atmosphere from the OEM-like silver iron.

[How is it used?
In the process of maintenance &restore of the LITTLE CUB that was given to us, we replaced the 90cc engine by Tanaka Shokai's 90cc engine and changed the Driven Sprocket from 41 to 37 from the OEM one. (Driven Sprocket has been replaced with 16T) 。
After the Restore was completed, I rode around for a while in the above state...
First gear is almost useless. (Blows off a few seconds after starting) I wanted to swing a little more to the long side, so I purchased the 35 this time.
Did you receive the item as per the Image?
It is indistinguishable from the 37 Driven Sprocket by KITACO that I purchased last time. (It's the same Manufacturer and only 2 guns are different...) I was too familiar with Parts, a reliable and trustworthy company that has been really good to me, and the product was just like the Image.
Was it difficult to install?
The installation itself is a simple process of loosening four Nuts and tightening them with the specified Torque after replacement, but it is a very tedious process to get to that point.
As mentioned in the previous issue, in order to remove the Rear Axel Shaft from the Little Cub, the Exhaust System, which is blocked on the same line as the Shaft, must be removed before work can proceed. (Limited to OEM Type Exhaust System shape, Up type Exhaust System is Large sturdy) 。
Remove the Exhaust System, remove the Rear brake&Torque rod, remove the Axel shaft, remove the center nut, remove the Rear wheel from the body, loosen the 4 nuts as mentioned at the beginning, replace the Sprocket, and assemble in the reverse order of the previous procedure. The assembly is completed in the reverse order.
How did you like it?
I honestly thought that reducing the Driven side by only two guns would not change anything.
In fact, the Large sound did not change, but the engine became long enough to be useful from 2nd gear, and when cruising on a main road at the same pace as a normal vehicle, the engine sound was reduced and Stress was not felt. The secondary reduction ratio has increased from 2.3125 at 37 to 2.1875.
Was "Included Parts:" attached?
None, Rear sprocketQuantity:This is a 1 pc. only product.
Were there any disappointments?
None
Black, steel, and plain product, but the NORMALSpec. of the old CUB series is covered by the Chain Cover, so you can't see anything from the outside, so it doesn't matter what it looks like as long as the product is functional and solid.
This product is more wallet-friendly than the high-end Duralumin&Anodized Treatment Sprocket in terms of durability and cost. (This is not a denial of luxury Sprocket.) 。

Point and hang of installation
Above. Was it difficult to install? As described in Section 3.2, be sure to perform the work before and after the installation of this product, and do not forget to tighten it without haste.
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual
There is no Instruction Manual, but the product is very easy to understand.
[Notes]
When replacing the rear side bracket, the braking system must also be removed, so be sure to assemble the bracket securely when installing it.
As for my personal trouble, I have replaced the Chain with a thicker Plate one that is specially designed for durability, and the Chain Cover Bracket is interfering with the Driven Sprocket as its diameter is reduced................it makes me cry.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
Aside from replacement for setting, if replacement is for wear, the front and rear Sprocket&Chain is Quantity:This is a place that should be replaced by Set, so please consult with your budget before purchasing.
Since the rear wheel is to be removed and attached, it is better to take into account the wear condition of the rear brake shoe if there is room, so that the work can be done only once, which will make it easier later.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
I continue to be a customer for various parts of Mini bike and I look forward to working with you in the future.

I'm in a good mood ….
The NSF100 OEM Sprocket was 28, which swung quite a bit to Long, so we chose 31, swinging 3 guns to the acceleration side.
Thanks to the ability to use GEAR one speed up, it is much easier to drive.
Replacement itself is quite easy if you have enough kills and tools to remove the rear tire.

buying habits
Rear Sprocket was worn out and the mountain was getting sharp.
I did a lot of research and bought this one.
Nice thing
It's not the flashiest looking Coloring.
I was attracted by the inexpensive price point.
Where to become anxious
Nothing in particular, but if you have any other number of dings
I think it would be good to have more options.
General review
It is less expensive than other MANUFACTURER and MODEL.
GunGun can be used and can be replaced as soon as possible when it wears out.
Good cost performance. It is also a recommendation for those who run a lot of distance.

[How is it used?
I bought it to replace the Driven Sprocket, which was 4 bumps higher on the top speed side than the OEM one, because the Rust was too bad and I replaced it with a 90cc engine from Tanaka Shokai.
Was the one you received as per Image?
KITACO's Custom parts has been helping me a lot since I got my moped license in the summer when I was 16 years old.
Sprocket is a product that is too familiar to us, and we have seen it too many times in the past.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation itself is a simple process of loosening four Nuts and tightening them with the specified Torque after replacement, but it is a very tedious process to get to that point.
LITTLE CUB cannot proceed without removing the Exhaust System that is blocked on the same line as the Shaft in order to remove the Rear Axel Shaft (limited to OEM Type Exhaust System).

How was your experience with it?
As you can see in the image, the Black Sprocket is made of iron, and it serves its purpose as well as the OEM Product, which is sober looking and solidly built.
The price is lower than OEM products and there is a wide variety of products.

Prepared for the expedition.
When going to an unusual Circuit, it is often necessary to change the final gear ratio by changing the number of Sprocket Dings.
In many cases, it is a gamble, and it is rarely decided in one shot.
So, it is good if you can read the number of hits to some extent (e.g. information from regulars), but if not, you have to run and test it by yourself.
This time, compared to the usual Home, it will be a large width and high speed course, so it is almost impossible to predict how many pins will be used.
Material:The lightweight Aluminum Sprocket is obviously better, but I don't want to waste money buying a bunch of products that I don't know if I will use in the future, so I always use the Iron Sprocket made by KITACO to test it.
Strictly speaking, the heavier weight will have some effect on the driving characteristics, but I don't have that SEVERE sensitivity, so it's not a problem lol.
I was too Long for the results lol.
Still, it is useful for TEST purposes for the future.

No problem with NORMAL number of Ding.
The calculation of the driving force of the Rear showed that the reduction ratio of NORMAL is excellent. 。 Personally, I would drop the front one notch to get a stress-free ride from city streets to Bypass. 。 In Circuit, Manufacturer's OEMGEAR ratio seems to be the best. View detail

High performance not only Sprocket with good durability.
For the test from 30 NORMAL Rear to 29 Short Specification, we changed to KIJIMA's Sprocket this time.
The Sprocket to be replaced is steel, but it is a few 10g lighter than the NORMAL one. Is it because of the parts under the spring?
There was almost no runout and it turned beautifully. I can say that this performance at this price is too good to be true.
To replace the Sprocket, simply remove the Rear wheel, remove the Rear sprocket fixing bolt, and replace the Sprocket to be replaced.
The Bolt side where the Sprocket is installed will probably be pushed by the Sprocket at the moment it is installed, and will be concaved into the middle of the Wheel. After tightening the bolt nut fixing the Sprocket, fix the nut with the locking plate.
There were no problems with operation checks, and the work was completed easily and simply.
The Torque drop on climbs, which we were worried about, was not a concern, and in town, the RPMs were as pleasant as ever compared to the NORMAL, and there was no Torque drop at top speed in the round-the-clock practice course measurement.
The same is true for descending mountain passes, and the negative pressure of engine braking is also lessened in downshifts.
After the replacement, the Corner ring has a slightly milder feel to it, but this is actually easier to ride and makes it easier to enter the Corner.
Meter errors were also corrected from the NORMALHappyMeter to the actual measured values, resulting in an almost accurate display of speeds.
Black color also looks good with the gold chain.
