ISA sprockets are light weight, durable and are made from duralumin that has the stability to tolerate machine cut process and provide accuracy, durability and abrasion resistance which are the the three performances required for motorcycle sprockets.

NC machines are used for delicate machining processes and due to continuous operation, tolerance is reduced. It has reduced tolerance of center holes and screw holes at the minimum to eliminate mounting deviation as much as possible. The fitting will show you the effort they have pursued. The surface is finished with 50 micron hard anodized aluminum to increase abrasion resistance which enhances the beauty of machine process.
In addition, for off-vehicles, a vertical groove is added to the tooth bottom to prevent foreign matter from getting caught and to discharge it.
