Borgo Panigale, (Bologna, Italy), 13 April 2018 – The Days of Joy are back with a third edition. Four dates dedicated to discovering the Ducati Scrambler world with riding courses, open-air activities and plenty of relaxation. This Land of Joy full-immersion experience will take place on 6 May, 10 June, 15 July and 16 September at the Vairano Country House near Pavia (Italy).

The 2018 edition will include flat track courses with expert instructors and professional riders, an off-road riding school and customised courses for novices. There’ll also be an opportunity to test ride all the bikes in the whole Ducati range, including the brand new Ducati Scrambler 1100: a bike that incorporates the creative Ducati Scrambler character with a more mature and sophisticated look and a perfect balance between muscle and compact design.

Another irresistible aspect of the Days of Joy is the opportunity for relaxation and fun surrounded by nature including an open-air American-style barbecue and a chill area with music, free WiFi, deckchairs, table-football and lots more surprise fun activities.

Here are the courses designed for those who want to learn or perfect new techniques or simply improve their style and riding skills on a Ducati Scrambler during the 2018 Days of Joy:

Off-Road School: a course on how to approach the Vairano off-road track with the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled. The off-road track covers approximately 53,000 sq.m suitable for riders of all levels of experience accompanied in total safety by an expert instructor, the Italian journalist and rider Roberto Ungaro, for a real Enduro Experience with jumps, sliding and drifting.

Flat Track School: learn drifting techniques for off-road tracks in complete safety on board a 400 cc Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 provided by the organisers, or with your own Ducati Scrambler. During this course, expert instructors and professional riders will teach participants how to practise and gain experience on various tracks leading up to drifting in and out starting from basic off-road riding skills.

Flat Track Pro School: on board a Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 and an 800 cc Ducati Scrambler Flat Track Pro, customised specifically for such dirt tracks.

Basic riding course: a brand new course dedicated to beginner motorcyclists. With the help of expert instructors from the Italian DueRuote motorcycle magazine, a Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 or the brand new 400 cc Ducati Scrambler Hashtag, participants can learn to ride a motorcycle even without a riding licence.

Test Rides: for all those riders who can’t wait to discover the Ducati Scrambler Experience, at the Days of Joy they can try out the bikes of the new Ducati Scrambler range thanks to the collaboration of local Ducati dealers.

Ducati Scrambler maintenance course: a team of official Ducati mechanics will teach the art of motorcycle maintenance.

The Days of Joy are also an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the Ducati Scrambler Land of Joy with family and friends! Once again this year at the Vairano Country House there’ll be cookery lessons with Stefano Caffarri of The Silver Spoon, Italy’s most definitive and influential cookbook, first published in 1950. It’ll be an authentic cookery class with pots and pans, rolling pins and hotplates – a hands-on lesson with the famous chef.

All participants will receive a welcome kit including the awesome Ducati Scrambler jersey off-road top
