[New Models]
X-ADV
The X-ADV is a new breed of motorcycle, that continues Honda’s long tradition of finding innovative ways to create products that enhance and enrich its customers’ lifestyles.
X-ADV combines the spirit of adventure with all-round performance, premium specifications, practicality and comfort for urban commuting and weekend escapes. It aims to create a new motorcycle category.
Thanks to its upright riding position and shock absorbing front and rear suspension, it can even tackle unpaved roads. The X-ADV is also equipped with parts like the 5-level adjustable screen or the underseat storage space for an off-road style helmet, to offer comfort and high convenience for the ride in the urban area. It mounts a 745 cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke OHC straight twin-cylinder engine mated with the Honda DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission).
CRF250 RALLY
Its development keyword was “The Dakar Replica for the Weekend Adventurer!” CRF250 RALLY inherits the styling and coloring of its work machine CRF450 RALLY.
It adopts a front screen with excellent wind protection to enable comfortable high-speed traveling, or long-stroke front/rear suspension to enhance its long-distance off-road ability. The asymmetric two-light LED headlights are mounted on the frame, as rally machines do, to make it have a unique front appearance.
The CRF250 RALLY’s 250cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine’s performance is focused on bottom-end torque and high rpm power, to make it become maneuverable and powerful. It also features ABS that enhances the feel of safety when applying a brake. The equipment of CRF250 RALLY is sufficient enough to call it an adventure motorcycle.
CBR1000RR Fireblade
Its key concept to offer the “joy of maneuvering” has been inherited since the debut of the original CBR900RR in 1992. And now, the new CBR1000RR Fireblade has evolved its light control feel and maneuverability by drastically reducing its weight and raising its power.
It has adopted the comprehensive electronic control system inspired by the RC213V-S system to support riders at various riding scenes.
This CBR1000RR Fireblade is the basic model of the CBR1000RR Fireblade SP/SP2 unveiled at the INTERMOT of October.
CBR650F, CB650F
Both models comes with new intake and exhausts to increase their top end power by 3 kilowatts. They adopt the new Showa Dual Bending Valve front fork to offer light, powerful and sporty ride feel.
The design of the CBR650F takes in the aggressive style of the supersport model, CBR1000RR Fireblade. CB650F looks even more compact and powerful.
SH125i, SH150i
Both models will be EURO4 compliant by achieving high environmental performance. Their output performance are raised as well.
They renewed the outer design, and adopted LED head and taillights. With the use of the Honda Smart Key system for its main key, the ease-to-use level has also improved.
VISION
After its model change, the new VISION will adopt the 108cc air-cooled 4-stroke OHC single cylinder engine that uses the low friction technology. It will be environmentally friendly while being powerful and controllable.
A complete restyling will give the Vision a more roomy style that will enable the rider to take a more relaxing riding posture.
X-ADV, CRF250 RALLY, CBR1000RR Fireblade, CBR650F and CB650F, to be presented at EICMA 2016 are scheduled to be sold in Japan, too.
