Today we’d like to introduce you one of the motorcycles which was spectacular at the ”JAIA Import Model Test Ride” held at Oiso Prince Hotel located in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
We checked it out on the public road and the Seisho Bypass (Toll Road) in the eyes of a general rider.
The All Mighty Scooter with Style
Vespa Sprint 150 is a sports model that has inherited the name ”Sprint” from the original model and features reproduced square headlights and red colored horn cover and suspension springs.

Sports Model that Inherits the Sprint Name
Vespa Sprint 150 is the first small model mounted with newly designed reinforced sliding suspension to be installed with 12 inch wheels on front and rear side. Due to these wheels, driving, safety performances and stability has improved.
It weighs 130 kilograms which is 10 kilograms heavier than Vespa PX150, however due to its high engine power, it will offer smooth acceleration.

Easy to Handle in All Situations
Compared to Japanese 150cc class scooters, the Sprint 150 is designed to offer the rider an upright position which makes handling feel easy. This makes it easier to ride in the city. I was concerned what it would be like on the highway.
So I took it out on the highway and joined the flow on the driving lane but it didn’t get shaky. As a result, you won’t feel stress on the streets or on the highway.
Uniquely Shaped Meters
The meter features a stylish Italian design. It is located on the center of the handle and is well visualized.
The speed is displayed in the center with analogous instruments. Odometer, trip, fuel indicator and clock are displayed on the liquid crystal display panel.
Blinker and horn are placed in the familiar position so you won’t get into a fuss looking for them.

Pushing and Standing
The wheels will turn smoothly so you can push the vehicle without much effort.
The wide seat may cause unstable standing position however the body is light so it won’t collapse.
Another point I must refer to is the light weight center stand. I assume the center stand is placed in an ideal position on the gravity center of the vehicle. It won’t be difficult even for a small lady to set the stand.

Utility
LED bulbs are used for the position lamps installed inside the blinker.
The red lines designed on the three slits on the center of the cover are stylish and gives the vehicle a fine accent.
You can place a full face helmet in the space under the seat. It would have been better if there was more space despite the fact that it is a two-seater and can be driven on the highway for long rides.
