The reason why I came here at KITACO is to test this “Ultra Robot Arm Lock”
KITACO’s “Ultra Robot Arm Lock” TDZ series have 5 different kinds of types depending on their thickness and length.
5 types are TDZ-03, -06, -08, -10, -12

What we have here today is TDZ-06 with 215cm long for the test.
Common characteristic of this series is that they are using very high density metal for anti-theft. Yet, these locks are very flexible as each block are alternately connected.
I’m going try cutting this lock today and see what the out come will be.
This piece of metal here is called “Arm Block” that is used for “Ultra Robot Arm Lock”.
There are 4 different sizes of arm block and the one set here is the smallest one.
Let’s first try cutting with this common chain cutter.
Little scratches here, but the blade won’t go any further.
Even more, for bigger size of arm block, it’s hard even to find a cutter that nip the block.
This time of tool is too difficult to beat this lock.
Next one coming up is this block.
Thest arm block for “Ultra Robot Arm Lock” is using a metal that was introduced on a TV program several years ago in Japan that they do never be cut and never be broken.
Now the size is little different from retail product, but let’s try using electric tool to cut this.
I have Mr. Morita from KITACO to experiment to cut this lock. He is actually developer of this lock.

We are going to use disc grinder to see if we can cut this lock.
1 minute passed.
2 minutes passed.
We tried more than 2 minutes to cut this block.
However, we could only make scratch about 2mm depth.
You will be needing dozens of disc and a day to cut this.
Leave the security to this high anti-theft “Ultra Robot Arm Lock”.
