[Metode pemasangan]

4. Masukkan segel oli ke Adaptor (yang jejaknya terlihat menghadap ke depan) ..
5. Silakan pasang Bearing di sebelah Bearing [tanpa memasang segel Oli.
6. Pasang Pompa AirGEAR, Copper Washer dan Impeller.. (Mohon terapkan Senyawa Ancaman ke Sekrup bagian Poros dengan mencegah luka) DMR-JAPAN original parts

With the stock impeller, the pressure difference at the pump inlet/outlet becomes too large at the high RPM range used at the race track, causing cavitation (bubbles) and a significant rise in water temperature.
[Shaft]
SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent mechanical strength and rust resistance, is used.
The stock product has a minor trouble that the center of the gear cracks structurally, but this product adopts the two-piece structure that is common in the resin gear of each motorcycle manufacturer, and the crack prevention measure is given.
Features (1) The gears are made of MC nylon, which is of higher quality than the stock article, so durability, impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties are dramatically improved, and wear resistance due to foreign matter (iron powder) is even better than metal!

[How to install]
(1) Remove the bearing, oil seal, and mechanical seal from the clutch cover, and clean the adhesive from the press-fit area of the mechanical seal.
(2) Clean the drain hole and plug it with a liquid gasket (If there is a hole on the upper side as well, depending on the year, plug both holes).
(3) Insert the O-ring into the case first and press-fit the oil seal adapter into the case using a hydraulic press.(Please avoid press fitting by hitting with a hammer as much as possible as it may cause displacement of the oil seal).
(4) Insert the oil seal into the adapter (the one with the engraving facing you is the one facing you).
(5) Install the bearing [without the oil seal] next to the bearing.
(6) Install the water pump gear, copper washer and impeller.(Apply threading compound to the screw part of the shaft to prevent galling)
*It is possible to install the oil seal in step (5) without doing step (2), but it will increase friction.
