Thunder Bolt's the bolts, nuts, and washers are made from aerospace grade Gr.5 6AL-4V titanium alloy (American name ASTM B348), hot forged, and then threaded with high precision CNC machining.
The newly developed self-locking nut employs a metal lock, which has been said to be difficult to process.
A forged titanium friction ring is pressed on the upper part of the flange nut to provide a certain resistance to the bolt to be tightened and to make it self-locking.
This is an all-purpose self-locking nut that can be used for sprockets with high vibration and exhausts with high heat generation.
