[Description]
Front Fork Spring
[Hyperpro Suspension Spring]
Suspension spring with Hyperpro's distinctive "Constant Rising Rate" design
Spring rate always changes following the movement of suspension.
Not too soft and not too hard, and also has the ability to withstand high loads during cornering and rapid braking.
The change of the caster at the time of breaking before cornering is optimized and it makes it easy for the rider to maneuver the bike smoothly.
Eliminates minor gaps and vibrations during cornering that disturb the rider.
Unlike standard spring, there is no resonance because there is no constant spring rate.
Shot peening processing is performed on springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools to remove the fine surface scratches causing deterioration on the performance. In addition, after the production is completed, each spring will be tested for performance.
In the Netherlands, the home of Hyperpro, all ambulance motorcycles are fitted with Hyperpro springs.
