I purchased this cap for everyday use, and the Logo design on the front is accentuated to give it a simple yet Alpinestars-like look. It is not too flashy and can be worn with casual clothes.

The back side is made of a mesh material, which is a Trucker type, so it has good ventilation and is not stuffy even in hot weather. It is light and comfortable to wear for a long time without feeling stress, and can be used comfortably for touring and daily use.

Size feeling is Western, so Japanese people should be careful.

The breathability is excellent, and I didn't have to worry about stuffiness even when wearing it under a leather suit at Circuit in the middle of summer.
If I had to say one concern, it would be the Size feel.
I'm not a skinny person, but I'm like a normal Japanese person. Even so, I felt the belt on my stomach was a little loose in the S size.
As others have said, if you think you have a medium-sized belly, the M is sufficient, and if you are extremely fat, the L is probably best for you.

It is designed for city driving to long touring.

Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the photo, it is SMART and good looking. It looks like a sneakers even if you get off your motorcycle and walk around town or on a touring trip.

How was your experience with it?
In the picture, it looked soft where the Shift Pedal hits the toe like Sneakers, but it is hard from the toe, so there was no problem. The protection is more solid than it looks in the picture, and I thought it is as expected of Alpinestars.

[Points to note]
In the case of European size, I usually wear 27cm, and the same 27cm is just right, with a little extra room at the toe.

It is useful to have one piece of clothing.

When we started running in winter and it was very cold, yet wearing long sleeves would make it difficult to move, we were wondering what to do, so we decided to try the vest. As a result, it is the best windproof protection during the cooler morning and evening hours and when riding on forest roads.
The front side is made of a windproof soft shell material, which effectively prevents the body temperature from dropping due to the riding wind. On the other hand, breathable material is often used on the sides and back to prevent stuffiness even when the body temperature rises during hard riding.
It is extremely lightweight and does not feel heavy when worn. When not in use, it can be folded into a compact size and stored in the Backpack.
The Size feeling is generally Athletic Fit (slightly Tight)" The best off-road vests are made with Tight eyes. I'm a little over 180 and I'm a size L.
