This kit increases the displacement of the Ape 100 to 115cc. It is compatible with the stock cylinder head, and the displacement can be increased to 115cc by replacing only the cylinder and piston. Lightweight aluminum body cylinder and cast iron sleeve provide excellent heat dissipation and wear resistance. An oil cooler can be installed with an oil line outlet on the side of the cylinder.
Caution
*Do not use with XR Motard stock exhaust, replace with one that allows clearance between cylinder and exhaust. *When increasing the displacement with the big bore kit, it is recommended to replace the carburetor, exhaust, oil pump and oil cooler to match the tuning level. *Instruction manual is not included.Be sure to have a motorcycle maintenance qualification holder or someone with equivalent skills perform the installation. *Also, depending on the condition of the vehicle, it may be necessary to modify the piston, such as by aligning the piston or adding gaskets. *No returns or exchanges after purchase. *There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
