It took three years from conception to production to achieve a product that is as close to the real thing as possible.
The welds are the same manual gas welding that was used in those days, and the weld surface is also mussel welded.
Normally, the exhaust pipes are arranged in four pieces when viewed from the side, but the hand-bent pipes of those days are not arranged in four pieces.This lack of uniformity gives the hand-bent pipe its flavor and is a characteristic of the shape of the time.
8 nuts and 4 exhaust gaskets are included for easy bolt-on installation.
