Compatible Chain Size: 415
Caution
*Note on converting from 520 to 415.
1) If the chain slider and the chain tensioner slipper are cut by the 520 chain, such as a deep groove, the line of the 415 chain may come off due to the sliding of the 520 chain.
Please check the chain line after installing 415.
2) Strengthen the tension of the chain tensioner body or reduce the play of the chain.
Adjust the play of the drive chain at the lower center position between the drive / driven sprocket.
Rotate the wheel so that the tensioner body is free from the tension of the chain, and check the play in several places.
Drive chain play is 20-30mm (when side stand is used)
If there is too much play in the chain, the pitch between the teeth is too narrow and the chain may spin out.
