■Selected materials
The Matris M46KD monoshock unit uses lightweight, high-strength duralumin 7075 for the main cylinder, damper head, piston, preload adjuster nut and double nut. High durability is given.
■Chrome Coating Piston Rod
The piston rod of the M46KD model is chrome coated.
■Adjustment function
The M46KD model has a 1-way damping adjustment mechanism for the rebound side only.
■Preload adjuster
M46KD is ring nut type stepless adjustment.
■Nitrogen gas injection
To prevent cavitation caused by the violent movement of the piston rod, a free piston is placed inside the cylinder to maintain high pressure to prevent cavitation, high durability, and prevent setting errors.
■Springs
Single rate springs are used.
