The tapered exhaust with its intricate 3-dimensional bends is carefully crafted one by one by hand using a special method.With the abundance of exhausts that are just bent pipes on a bender, it's easy to see the difference.
You can remove the baffle to get more power for circuit run.The exhaust system controls the exhaust pressure from the low to high RPM range.Of course, the conventional tapered exhaust is inherited.If the crank stroke is not changed, it can be used up to 180cc big bore bikes.Please use OV180 which is released at the same time for the bike with long stroke big bore.
The silencer is wrapped with a first layer of stainless steel wool and a second layer of glass wool to prevent the sound deadening material from scattering. A removable silent baffle is included as standard equipment. The baffle mounting bolts are stainless steel hexagon socket head button bolts fixed at 45 degrees, which are not visible from the side, and are not noticeable from the rear.The baffle fixing nut is welded to the inside of the baffle.WJ delivers even the mounting bolts with great care.Race specific baffles are also available as an option.
The exhaust (WJ-S) has a built-in catalyzer.The baffle is fixed. The length of the silencer of the certified exhaust is 280mm only.
The silencer variations are stainless steel mirror surface, black metal stainless steel, carbon, and the titanium blue gradation is newly added.The silencer is a separate structure from the main exhaust pipe. In the midst of the flood of similar exhausts, let's make a difference with a higher grade exhaust!
The stainless steel exhaust will burn and turn gold in color as it is used. WJ will also refinish the exhaust.Please leave the beautiful form forever.
