Concept of BORE-ACE suspension
Both the elongation side and the compression side push the road surface as if they were pushing a rubber ball.
It sinks fast and stretches with a slight time lag.
Sink faster = better road tracking = always pushing the ground = grips.
Stretching with time lag = constant tension on the road surface.
