The SS-OVAL silencer model has been added to CBR250RR slip-on lineup.
By improving the accelerator response and increasing the torque and power in the low to mid range, we have succeeded in bringing out the true performance of CBR250RR.
By adopting Φ42.7 to Φ50 taper pipe at the front of the center pipe, stress-free blowing up is realized.
The SS-OVAL silencer has enough sound deadening area and creates an aggressive atmosphere.
The sound quality is made to be comfortable and not to get tired when driving at high speed, while it creates a sense of presence with its effective bass sound.
It also significantly reduces the jerkiness of the engine braking when the accelerator is released.
Easy to ride and easy to handle characteristics.
SS-OVAL silencer shells can be selected from solid type and baked type.
This new silencer "SS-OVAL" is a titanium conical end type of the popular titanium oval type by WR’s, and not only has the shape been changed, but the inner pipe has been improved and the material has been changed from stainless steel to thin titanium, which contributes to weight reduction.
The end part is a high-end model silencer that has been processed with titanium's unique browning process.
Because of the structure of this SS-OVAL silencer, especially the acceleration feeling from the start and the acceleration feeling when you open the accelerator from the partial (constant) state, it responds agilely from any mode switch.
Also, in the "sport+" mode, when the stock exhaust is turned off after acceleration, there is a strong engine braking feeling, but with the full exhaust, the engine braking is moderate. With the full exhaust, however, the engine braking is moderate (gentle) and the rider can enjoy the feel of the engine braking and accelerator work more easily.
As for the sound quality, the sound quality of the metallic sound has been changed from the metallic sound to the wild and massive sound with the bass sound, and the sound quality of the acceleration running noise value is 78dB in the high rotation range.
The weight of the exhaust has been reduced to less than half of the stock exhaust weight, and you can actually feel the weight reduction when handling and turning the bike.
