This is a standard compression forged piston for S&S 36-84 stroker engines.
[+0.070 inch oversized].
When used on a stock cylinder,
At 4-1/2 stroke, 84cui (compression approx. 8.1: 1)
At 4-5/8 strokes, 86cui (compression approx. 9.4: 1)
At 4-3/4 stroke, 88cui (compression approx. 10.8: 1) is used as a reference.
From the piston ring grooves to the oil holes, from the piston pin to the skirt, all of S&S technical precision has been put into this forged high strength piston.
Lightweight and high strength.S&S has put all of its technology into the pistons, which are an important part of the engine.
