[Description]
This product reduces the contact surface between the caliper piston and the brake pad, prevents the piston from heating up, and improves the heat dissipation efficiency inside the caliper.
After more than 500 hours on the circuit, 20, 000km on the road, and more than a year of development, the final product development test showed that the temperature of the brake pads was reduced by up to 20 degrees Celsius, resulting in a significant improvement in braking power and tremendous stability at the start of braking. In addition, because the temperature load on the brake pads was reduced, the wear of the pads was reduced by 25% compared to when the product was not used.
The parts are made of special thermal steel and special aluminum with high thermal conductivity, laser cutting and CNC machining.
