DMR-JAPAN original parts!
A must-have for reinforced clutches!
This KIT converts the release bearing from a ball bearing to a thrust needle bearing!
Ball bearings have a tendency to tilt the inner and outer rings, so the lifter piece and pressure plate have a lot of play.
[Advantage 1]
By changing to a thrust bearing, the clutch structure is less prone to tilt, which improves the sharpness of the clutch and reduces judder when using an aftermarket reinforced clutch!
[Advantage 2]
This improves control while the clutch is engaged, preventing unexpected clutch bite at the start and ensuring smooth acceleration!
[Advantage 3]
By using three of the included raceways (washers), the release lever link ratio will be correct and the clutch lever will be lighter!
Even with 6-disc models, regardless of the manufacturer's specifications, you can compensate for the link ratio by adding 1-2 discs to lighten the clutch lever!
[How to install]
1. pull out the stock bearing from the pressure plate.
2. Apply a small amount of oil to the mating part of Spakire-kun.
3. Lightly warm up the pressure plate. It loosens the mating tolerance and prevents galling.
4. Place a ring-shaped object so that the lower part of the center of the pressure plate is free.
5. Be sure to use a hydraulic press to put it in straight.
6. Apply a small amount of oil to the raceways and bearings. After inserting the lifter piece, seal it with the dust seal.
7. Install the ball that goes between the rod and the piece into the clutch, being careful not to forget to insert it, and you're done!
*Experienced users can insert it with only light firing.Heat the pressure plate with a heat gun or a toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes, and then you can put it in.If you have no experience, please refrain from doing so as it may cause you to lean and bite.
