[Description]
[Material] ■Selected materials The Matris M46KDP monoshock unit has a main cylinder made of nickel-coated alloy steel. Other parts such as damper heads, pistons, preload adjuster nuts, and double nuts are made of lightweight, high-strength super duralumin 7075, which is machine-cut from solid wood to high precision, and then hard-anodized for high durability.
[Specification] ■Chrome Coating Piston Rod The piston rod of the M46KD model is chrome coated.
■Adjustment function The M46KD model has a 1-way damping adjustment system with pressure side only.
■Hydraulic preload adjuster The M46KDP comes standard with an easy to adjust hydraulic pre-load adjuster.
■Nitrogen gas injection To prevent cavitation caused by the violent movement of the piston rod, a free piston is placed inside the cylinder to maintain high pressure to prevent cavitation, high durability, and prevent setting errors.
■Springs Single rate springs are used.
