Shims to be set between starter gear and crankshaft.
The material used is S45C tempered material, which is equivalent to the steel used in the KZ series, to achieve sufficient wear resistance.
Continued use of worn shims will cause uneven wear of the starter gear, and in the worst case, the starter will run dry, making it difficult to start the engine.
It is recommended to replace it at the same time of engine overhaul.
