The axle shafts are specially heat-treated four times to make them [tempered] for riding.
The [hardness] awakened by the high temperature realizes the ideal riding without succumbing to the load of the high-powered machine.
The pivot, which serves to connect the front and rear of the vehicle, is also subject to a large load due to torsion.
In addition, the rear suspension, which transmits the engine output to the road surface and is subjected to the most load, has a core with moderate tenacity and high rigidity.
The high temperature of several hundred degrees gives the axle shafts not only hardness, but also "toughness" and allows them to follow the road surface evenly and carefully.
It brings out the true performance of the rear suspension and supports powerful and sharp riding.
The rotation of the bearing without shaking is made possible by the roundness of the bearing, which has been achieved down to the micron level using Japan's leading polishing technology.
