[Description]

・The clutch spring vibration effect is reduced, friction loss is reduced, and the clutch operates more precisely and with better connection.
Shifting is lighter and neutral is easier to achieve because drag is reduced.

・With the stock lifter plate, the spring is not stable and the vibration generated by the spring vibrates the clutch body, resulting in poor clutch connection and dragging (moving forward even though you are holding the clutch).(See video)
・If the vibration occurs, the connection will not be smooth instantly.
If it is not connected, unnecessary heat will be generated and the life of the disc and clutch body will be shortened.
・[Soft] When the SP lifter plate is assembled without the supplied washer, the amount of compression of the spring is reduced by 1.2mm compared to the stock spring, so the grip becomes lighter, but the connection and sharpness will be better than the stock spring.
・[Standard] If the weight of the grip is just right, put one each of the supplied 1.0mm washers above the clutch center and below the spring to make the weight almost the same as the factory one.
・[Hard] If you ride hard or have a light grip, put two of the supplied 1.0mm washers above the clutch center and below the spring to strengthen the clutch and make it a little heavier than stock.


[Replacement work】(Refer to the image)
1. It is recommended that the engine oil be drained and the unit assembled in an upright position, but it can also be replaced without draining the oil.
2. Open the clutch cover, take out the four M6 bolts, and remove the lifter plate.
3. Reuse the assembled bearings.Reassemble to SP lifter plate.I think I can get it by hand.
3. Adjust the strength of the spring by inserting the supplied washers under the spring.
4. Set the end of the spring winding at approximately this position.
5. Tighten the four bolts diagonally, a little at a time, and finally check that each spring fits into the machined groove on the lifter plate.The tightening torque is 12N-m.
Install the covers and fill with oil.(Total capacity 1.0L, 0.9L during oil change)

*As you can see by turning the spring, the spring hits only the contact points of the two arcs on the inside and outside of the lifter plate, so the preload (strength) will change if the cut surface of the spring end does not hit one of them.It is the same for both stock and SP.
