(1) Lightweight design of base plate connection!
A typical aluminum top case has a connecting plate welded to the base at the bottom, which is then connected to a base plate that is attached to the bike body, i.e. two plates are required.On the other hand, the cou-case has a Duracon pivot on the bottom and is mounted on a single base plate that is attached to the bike body.Therefore, the case itself and the total weight have been greatly reduced.
(2) Duracon pivot connection on the bottom!
The metal-to-metal contact is avoided and the slight rattling noise that occurs during running is reduced, which is peculiar to aluminum cases.
The bottom of the case is not welded to the metal, so the parts can be replaced.
(3) Slide to secure to the base!
After the base plate is mounted on the bike, the top case is installed. The locking hinges on the lower part of the base plate will inevitably guide the Duracon pivot into the plate fixing holes, thus ensuring secure fixation.
(4) Inner liner included!
A urethane inner liner is provided inside the top case to prevent scratches and damage to the load.
It also reduces the rolling noise of the load while running.
Of course, it can be removed for cleaning.
(5) Cargo rails are provided at six locations on the top lid
It helps to load lightweight and large-volume loads outside of the case.
(6) Parts for mounting on carriers (racks) are included!
The product can be attached to standard grid carriers and cargo beds without drilling new bolt holes, using the included corrugated plate, stainless steel bolts, nylon locknuts, washers, etc.
Use a 5mm HEX wrench and a 10mm wrench.A separate metal plate may be required for universal products.
(7) The opening is double-framed to increase rigidity and serve as an inner liner holder.
(8) A 10mm-thick silicon weatherstrip is used inside the frame of the upper lid, which is securely adhered to the lower case when closed, maintaining high waterproof properties.
