In the case of this model
・The clutch does not disengage properly.Difficult to start engine in in-gear.
・It is difficult to control the half-clutch.Rattling connection.
・It stalls immediately.

It is effective for such things as.
The surface of the original plate is rickety.When the wheel becomes a little worn and shiny, the connection becomes weak, slipping, cutting is poor and juddering occurs.
This processed product does not depend on the frictional force and connection due to the surface roughness (initial roughness) of the original plate when it is new.
The frictional force is obtained by increasing the flatness and contact area by chamfering, and by increasing the surface pressure by grooving.
