The kit includes seat rail modification, a technique used for chopper and bobber customization.

The stock seat rail is simply cut and welded at the specified position, which greatly reduces the time required for the installation.
Can also be used on bikes that already have frame modifications.
The seat rail position is lowered to create a clean line from the main frame to the suspension mount.

■15mm lowering is also possible.A lot of points to save the builder's time and effort.
Suspension mount bushings can be installed in two different positions.
When installed in the lowered position, it will be lowered by 15mm.
(Example: Lowered by 65mm when using 50mm lowered suspension +15mm)
The remaining holes can be changed from 14mm to M10 holes with the included spacers.
It can be used for turn signals and fenders

If the width does not fit due to distortion of the frame, it may be necessary to bend the frame side.

[Processing Procedure]
[1] Cut the frame at 28mm from the stock suspension bracket.
[2] The front part is cut from the root and smoothed.
[3] The rear face is cleaned of the cut surface, stripped of the coating film, and beveled.
[4] Temporarily attach the supplied pipe end caps.
[5] Seat rails are edge-finished to fit the frame, but they may need to be adjusted according to the individual bike body.
[6] Align the seat rail.*In this case, the rear width may not fit, in which case it is necessary to adjust the frame side by opening it.
[7] Temporarily attach each part.
[8] There are two types of suspension receptacles to choose from.
Insert the supplied suspension mount bushings.
Offset position is determined according to the suspension to be fitted and welded.
If the inside is long, it must be cut.
It is better to use the front suspension support, and the rear holes are provided with 14mm to 10mm conversion collars, so you can use M10 bolts to install the fender brackets.
It is also possible to modify the holes to make a bolted suspension support, but it would require the fabrication of offset collars or the like.
All are welded together to complete the process.
The parts to be matched to the modified frame are basically one-off parts.
Stock bolt-on seats and fenders cannot be used without modification.
It is recommended to have it installed by a skilled store.
