*The fact that it is on the side itself is subject to vehicle inspection, but if it is installed vertically, each DMV office has a different opinion (some are OK, some are not). (There are places where it is OK and places where it is not OK. Please contact the DMV where you will have your car inspected.)
*Please install reflectors. (Symmetrical in the middle or symmetrical on both sides.)
