[Description]
RPM-67 Racing is an original exhaust brand released in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, born from meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and Total Quality Control (TQC).Without making significant changes to the exterior and the essential sound quality element, the internal structure of the silencer, the exhaust system maintains the appearance of the "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE" manufactured until 1989.
This product is a full exhaust compatible with KAWASAKI BALIUS-1.
■Exhaust Pipe
The "4-in-2-in-1 merge method" a proprietary construction method, is used.
In 4-cylinder engines, it has a higher exhaust synergy effect than the "4-in-1 merge system" and also plays an important role in producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural use), which is bent with high precision and carefully assembled one by one with mass production jigs manufactured by RPM.
The surface treatment is done by craftsmen who carefully polish each part by hand and then apply two or more layers of plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
■Silencer
The Φ67 x 300 sized stylish silencer is completely double-layered inside for maximum noise reduction effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, the lightweight and compact silencer is not only highly rigid and resistant to vibration under severe operating conditions, but also has a beautiful overall silhouette when mounted on the bike.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer from "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE", it produces a bass sound at low RPM range and a unique and exhilarating racing sound at high RPM range.
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover.
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror surface treatment
・Titanium TP270
■Parts composition
The full exhaust system consists of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the merge collector) and 1 tail pipe assembly (from the merge collector to the silencer).
■Optional Parts
We sell an optional part "End Baffle for RPM-67Racing" that can give even quieter performance to the factory condition.

■Installed state
Fix to the bike body at two points, the engine exhaust port and the tail bracket.
When installing the engine exhaust port, use the RPM original free flange (exhaust holder) that comes with this product.
