Specially designed for Kitaco's ULTRA-SE head.
The valve diameter (face) was increased to 28 on the intake side and 23 on the exhaust side.It was developed at the same time as the ULTRA-SE head, the strongest SOHC head, and contributes to higher output.By reducing the stem diameter to 4.0, the weight is reduced to improve high speed followability, and at the same time, the intake and exhaust resistance at the port is reduced to promote higher rpm.In order to compensate for the lack of strength due to the smaller diameter of the stem, stealite heat-resistant steel is friction-welded to the face and special heat-resistant steel to the stem.In addition, a tufftride surface treatment is applied to strengthen the surface and improve initial blending.
