[Description]
The neck length is 30mm longer than stock, so 12 inch wheels can be installed without using the stem kit with 55mm offset.
The wall thickness and design of each part have been reviewed from the beginning, and the frame has been extended while maintaining rigidity.

The engine mounting position can be moved 7mm to the chain side and NSR50 / 80 wheels and 10 inch 4J wheels can be used without using offset sprockets.
This reduces the wear of the countershaft and the fixing plate on large displacement engines.
(Moving the special bracket of the rearset 7mm to the chain side can be done.)
All the frame parts are assembled with bolts without welding.
All engine mounts and swingarm pitot plates are designed with knock pins on the threads to prevent the bolts from shear loads.
Changing the diameter of swingarm pitot to Φ12 can be done.(A special swingarm is required.)
Stock tank, stock seat, twin shock, monoshock (swingarm for our monoshock) can be installed.

Please select the surface finish of the frame from silver anodized (standard) and Cerakote finish.
*What is Cerakote?
Cerakote is a special heat coloring and normal temperature paint manufactured by NIC and currently used by the US military.
It has been inspected to meet the harsh conditions, and has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, solvent resistance, heat dissipation, heat insulation and other performance-oriented research and production.
Ceramic is crushed by a special machine and mixed into the paint to improve the strength of the paint film.
Therefore, the surface becomes pear-shaped, but the coating film can be made very thin (25 microns)
Weld marks (beads) can be left on the surface without being hidden.
The adhesion is the highest among all coating materials, and the surface treatment is suitable for frames and swingarms because it does not wrinkle even when bent, and the paint does not peel off easily even by stepping stones.
