This is a stainless steel honeycomb mesh core guard that has been perfected with feedback from the racing scene over the years.
With the minimum thickness (0.5t), it does not interfere with the heat exchange of the radiator and protects the front tires from pebbles and dust, insects flying towards the lights, and on the circuit, tire debris on the road surface and small pieces of rubber spun off from the front tires. In the circuit, the fine mesh in the center of the tire width is sure to guard.
The coarse mesh on both sides has been widened to the maximum opening ratio in order to balance the conflicting themes of cooling efficiency and protection.
Material is SUS304 CSP-3 / 4H.This is a high-grade stainless steel that combines rust resistance and springiness.
It is a material with strong springback, so it has a certain degree of resilience to deformation and does not show dents or marks when subjected to a slight impact.
This is in consideration of the long term durability even in the severe street use, and the manufacturer have examined every material through a series of driving tests.
