[Description]

The inside of the crankcase of a 90-degree V-twin DUCATI engine is always under high pressure due to blow-by gases and backflow of outside air.
By adopting the one-way valve of the reed valve system, T-REV prevents the backflow of blow-by and shows the original performance of the engine by optimizing the pressure in the crankcase. It contributes to the smooth engine feeling by reducing the jerky feeling when opening and closing the throttle which is often seen in Ducati..
The "reed valve system" prevents the valve from being clogged by oil or water contained in the blow-by gas.
In order to increase the flow speed of blow-by gas discharged from breather by using the vortex in fluid mechanics and to discharge smoothly, "Spiral Line" is applied inside of T-REV, and furthermore, by making the reed valve surface into three surfaces, the force per surface is dispersed and the structure to discharge blow-by gas more smoothly. It has become a structure to discharge blow-by gas more smoothly.
In addition, the characteristic triangular pyramid design prevents the reed valve from malfunctioning due to excessive outside air from the air cleaner box, so it can be safely installed on vehicle that use ram pressure.
