As in MotoGP, where the only thing that matters is maximum performance, the dry clutch is also made available for this model.
It is a STM EVO-SBK clutch, made from solid aluminum with a 48-tooth bell and disc pack; the discs are 9 ducts and 9 garnished with a diameter of 138 mm.
In using the bike on the track there are important benefits in the driving feeling; in particular, the dry clutch guarantees a more effective anti-skip function even in the most aggressive downshifts and greater fluidity in all the "off-throttle" phases.
An important plus is the absence of resistance opposed by the engine oil and a cleaner oil, as disc wear dust is not conveyed into the lubrication circuit.
The racing character of the dry clutch and its iconic sound represent an exciting added value for the most passionate Ducatisti.
