[New Product] SHOWA Suspensions that Won the SBK Championships are Available for use on Public Roads

SHOWA is a major automobile parts manufacturer that creates motorcycle parts as well. They have released Super Sport High Performance Suspension ”Balance Free Front Fork” and ”BFRC lite” from SPK. SPK is the company’s Automobile Specialized Trading Company and will be the general sales agent for the new high performance suspensions.

The suspensions were exhibited at EICMA2015, the biggest motorcycle show held in the world and has attracted high attention since.

These suspensions combine excellent performance and durability that motorcycles require on public roads. They can be installed to sports bikes manufactured after spring 2016 and also to KAWASAKI Ninja ZX-10R ABS (2016 Model) and SUZUKI GSX-R1000 (2017 Model).

The Suspensions are based on SHOWA’s BFRC-lite (Balance Free Rear Cushion Lite), a product with up-to-date SHOWA technology that supported the KAWASAKI FACTORY TEAM ZX-10R to win the championship at the world’s top stock motorcycle race in 2013 and 2015 and reproduced so that it can be used on public roads.

*Low friction , improved durability and high quality has been achieved from titanium coating using the world’s first ”Thin Film Forming Technology.
*Rear cushion is additionally equipped with Height Adjustment Functions and Hydraulic Preload Adjustments to offer finer settings.
