[Description]

In 2009, I bought SPORTSTER, and after riding it, I felt that it was difficult to ride in all aspects compared to Japanese vehicles, such as running straight, stopping, and turning, so I have been developing parts to make the SPORTSTER more comfortable to ride.World Walk first developed the rear suspension and then the front fork springs.To further improve the comfort of the Sportster, an injection controller has been developed.

SPORTSTER sold in Japan has a lower fuel injection volume than the American version.

The following symptoms occur when the fuel injection amount is low.
・The engine overheats easily in the summer
・It is awkward to open the accelerator
・Knocking abnormally at low speed
・Even if changing the exhaust and air cleaner to improve the intake and exhaust, you will not be able to make use of the original power

2007 SPORTSTER and later models use injection as the fuel injection system.The injection system uses a computer to control the fuel injection, so the fuel density cannot be adjusted without changing the computer setting, unlike SPORTSTER with a carburetor used before 2007.
On the other hand, the above symptoms can be improved by correcting the fuel density with an injection controller.

■Feature 1
Fuel correction can be done every 500rpm
There are already many sub-computer type injection controllers for SPORTSTER from various manufacturers, and having bought some samples, but all of the sub-computers I bought were able to adjust the amount of fuel added during acceleration, idling, cruising and full throttle.
However, when World Walk put it on the chassis dynamo to set it up, one problem came up.If you put it on a chassis dynamo, you can see the power curve and the air-fuel ratio.The power curve is a graph that shows how much power is being produced at what rpm range, and the air-fuel ratio is the ratio of air to gasoline, with richer ratios being richer than the ideal air-fuel ratio and leaner ratios being thinner.
When setting up the engine, you need to know the air-fuel ratio and the power curve, but if you don't know the setting in each rpm range, you can't set up the engine properly.
The World Walk SPORTSTER Injection Controller allows the user to adjust the fuel density every 500 RPM.

■Feature 2
The main unit and the coupler part are waterproof
The best theoretical setting can be made by using a chassis dynamo, but if you don't have a bike shop with a chassis dynamo nearby, you have to make the setting by riding the bike.This unit is designed as waterproof so that it won't be damaged even if it rains while riding.
The injection controller made in the U.S.A., the home of Harley, is not waterproof, but it is designed for the rainy season in Japan.

■Feature 3
Intuitive interface
It can be operated intuitively without detailed explanation.It is recommended to have the setting done at a specialized shop while running on a dynamo.
The operation is very simple, and you can operate it by yourself when you want to return to the standard setting.

■Feature 4
No wiring modification at all, coupler-on installation
The injection controller for the Sportster is installed in the part of the O2 sensor and the part of the injector, and there is no need to modify any wiring.It can be installed by coupler-on.
As having mentioned above, SPORTSTER is an American bike, so the couplers and other parts are based on American standards and could not be found in Japan.So World Walk extended the operation to overseas and finally found it.

■Feature 5
Aluminum body with black anodized
Harley is called "Iron Horse", and most of the parts are made of iron.Even if it is made of plastic parts in a domestic motorcycle, it is made of steel.If you put it in the side cover, you can't see it, but if you put it in plastic, it doesn't look like Harley, so I used aluminum body.Furthermore, it is finished with black anodized aluminum to improve the texture.
