Big bore kit with cylinder head for overwhelming power and torque.
Stock cylinder diameter: 40mm, while the Super DRAG Big Bore has a cylinder diameter of: 48mm.
The cylinder bore has been enlarged to a maximum of 48mm to achieve the maximum displacement.The exhaust port and intake port design has been redesigned to fit the new bore size, and a cylinder head is included to allow for the larger combustion chamber of the 48mm piston.
In combination with the stock exhaust, it provides strong acceleration.

Caution
*Registration, license, insurance and other conditions must be changed for riding on public roads with the Big Bore Kit installed.
*If the engine is combined with a high speed type chamber for 50cc, the engine will rev even higher and the cooling limit of the air-cooled engine will be exceeded, causing overheating and seizure.Please use a commercial chamber with a maximum speed of 10, 500 rpm.
*In case of using this product with the exhaust gas countermeasure models released after September 1999, the stock carburetor and exhaust will cause abnormal overheating of the catalyst and damage the engine.98 or earlier stock carburetor (replace main jets with #85-90), or DAYTONA big carburetor kit, and a big bore exhaust with a max rpm of 10.500 rpm or less are required.
*Use Motrex RACINGPOWER2T, Castrol POWER1TTSRacing, Wachow's V2R or Elf Moto 2XT-Tech for 2 stroke oil.Also, if your engine has a high RPM setting due to the installation of a chamber, please use a gasoline mixture (or fuel injection and gasoline mixture).
*If you are using a stock carburetor, you need to set the main jet and jet needle.The main jet should be #5-#10 up with stock air cleaner and the jet needle should be 0.1 step down in the clip position.
[When using the Big Bore Kit on public roads, be sure to observe the following three points.]
3. Confirm that the voluntary and compulsory insurance covers the bike with the new displacement.
*When Daytona Big Bore is installed, stock exhaust and stock carburetor of the model which complies with the exhaust gas regulation after September 1999 are not allowed.The catalyst will overheatand damage the engine.
*Not available for Super DIO (AF27/28) and other bikes that use the standard stock vertical cylinder.
