This kit contains all the necessary parts for crank OH!
The crank bearings are made by KOYO.
Side washers and large end bearings are custom made at Yamaha's contract factory in Taiwan!
As for the needle, which is the most important part, we conduct Vickers hardness test in Japan and control the quality to about HRC62.
There are three types of large end needles in the Honda standard, so please choose from sizes (1) to (3).
Measure the inner diameter of the connecting rod and the large end pin, and adjust the clearance to be about 0.030-40.
The misalignment of 0.01 or more in the XY direction of the large end bore is the limit of use of the connecting rod.
The needle size is standardized like this.

(2)-0.002--0.004(91103-KV3-004)
(3)-0.004--0.006(91104-KV3-004)
Needle (3) size made in Japan is displayed separately (HRC62 or so)
