The long awaited big bore kit for NS400 owners is finally completed!!!
The displacement is 499cc!
Bore diameter 64.75mm 166.5CC x 3=499CC!!!
With the stock boring, the wall thickness is limited to 475cc, but with our new mold design, DMR-JAPAN has succeeded in achieving high performance as well as durability!
The exhaust port is a center ribbed dual port.
Compared to the 400cc version, the port area has been reduced to make it more suitable for city riding, but it is still capable of competing on the circuit.
The only 90-degree V in its class, it also has a large amount of torque and is very popular for its ease of use and speed.

[Specification]
1. Nicadyl plating is the same as the stock one, which provides excellent durability and heat dissipation.(Pillar release has been done at HRC's contract factory)
2. Head gasket is O-ring type for easy maintenance, heat dissipation and air tightness.
3. The thickness of the outer wall of the reed valve part is improved, and the reed valve of NSR250 can be installed with only processing.
4. Radiator fluid can be passed under the exhaust port.

Caution

*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
*Replace the crank OH and transmission bearings with new ones to prevent the engine from blowing.

*Many modifications are required for installation.
1. Case boring is required to increase the sleeve diameter at the bottom of the cylinder.
3. Make a 1mm hole in the center rib on the exhaust side of the piston for lubrication and cooling.
4. The air cleaner lid needs to be modified.
5. The subframe in front of the carburetor needs to be removed or relocated.
6.The cylinder length is a few millimeters higher than the original one, so it is desirable to cut and weld the exhaust pipe and bracket part.
