[Description]
The stock engine mount collar, which is heavy and rusty, is made of steel pipe and has been known to crack the crankcase in a road race or road fall.
In order to release the tumbling stress, the mount side is wide and the center part is thin, and the difference of the width due to the distortion of the hard aluminum frame which has secured the wall thickness is finely adjusted.
It has happened on most bikes that the stock mounting collars push the engine to the right when inserting the L-side collar once removed and trying to put it back in, and create clearance when only the R-side collar is inserted.
We measured the bike with a 3D measuring machine and modified the engine mount positions with duralumin of special dimensions for both the right and left engine mounts so that there would be no stress or burden on the engine and frame in relation to the positions of the engine and frame.
Of course, there is no chainline deviation, and the burden on the pivots and head mounts is reduced.
Aluminum material, cutting, and anodizing processes are all produced in Japan.
