The only difference is the number of sheets.. I'm also putting it in SEROW225 WE in Kitamura, Kobo..
We have been looking for a reliable material to replace our expensive OEM Clutch Plates.. Found..
I repeated the test in my vehicle.. It is a perfect circle Type and the performance is perfect..
The material plate itself is less expensive than OEM, and although it takes more time to groove and plane the surface (than OEM processing), we were able to lower the selling price compared to conventional products..

Control of semi-cra is difficult..
The change of Touch by the riding time and situation is Large.. (Heat Dare)
Clutch will burn if you struggle in the mountains or in difficult places..

If you have replaced the clutch plate on this engine, you may have noticed that there is really only a little oil left in the disc..
Very easy to burn..
The groove-cut beveling plate is more precise and flatter, so there is less distortion (rattling, sagging) of the oil buildup, but the groove holds the oil in place (half cut) so that it is always stable, "no matter how it is used".. It is one of those funky ideas for you!
We did not just want to retain the oil, but we wanted a touch that is easy to handle, from gentle riding to full throttle driving..
I tried Dot, drilling, etc., but this process was the best in many situations..
So, to put it another way, it is always wet, so there is a slight drag, but the temperature change is small and it is difficult for the Friction Disc to reach a high temperature that would cause carbonization..
If you are concerned about the drag, please use a clutch spring retainer..
Retainer reduces abnormal vibration of the clutch and improves the clutch's sharpness..

Caution
*Even if the "thickness of the friction disc" is within the manual's specified value when replacing the plate, if the cork grains are so black and carbonized that they cannot be distinguished, it is the "end of life". When you put your fingernail on it, you will feel a crunching sound, and it is not cork (friction material) but charcoal with little friction force.
