Borgo Panigale, Bologna (Italy), 3 April 2017 – Ducati and New Era have announced a three-year licensing agreement. The Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer has joined forces with legendary US company New Era to produce an exclusive cap collection.

Since 1920, New Era has been the sport cap maker par excellence, providing wearers with unrivalled creativity, quality and originality. A globally revered American brand, it is the maker of ultra-cool “cult” models such as the True Fitted 59FIFTY (i.e. the world-famous 6-panel cap with the flat visor): products of inimitable quality, style and design that have helped make the brand an undisputed leader, turning sports caps into fashion icons. New Era is the official cap maker for MLB (Major League Baseball), the NBA (National Basketball Association) and the NFL (National Football League). Baseball, basketball, hockey, football: America’s leading teams take to the field with the New Era snapback.

As of today, this exciting brand is now bound to the motorcycling world: the “New Era X Ducati” collection consists of four lines that – with different styles, colours, materials and finishes – interpret the values embodied by the Ducati, Ducati Corse, Ducati Historical and Ducati Scrambler logos.

Of course, the collection just had to include the celebrated 59FIFTY and 9FORTY Adjustable models.
New Era X Ducati caps will be available starting from mid-April 2017, in Ducati Stores, New Era stores and at the Ducati.com and Neweracap.com websites.
