Finally, it was just right.
I was using a Maverick MV83 (L400 Punching I.D. & Phi;45) and an Automatic magic inner baffle wall M size, but when I was touring with several people, the exhaust sound from my motorcycle was too loud, I wanted to use a little more exhaust pressure in the normal range, so I installed an additional LONGAttachment.
The silencer section was 400mm, so I chose a 300mm one, and thinking that the sound would not drop that much with just a punching pipe, I wrapped one layer of KIJIMA Acoustafil, which I had left over, around it and installed it.
After installation, the response in the mid-range is better, and the upper end also comes out and turns properly. The sound was also muffled moderately (slightly louder than MVSlitSports), and the sound quality was also satisfactory with a beautiful tone without noise (perhaps due to the effect of the Glass Wool).
The product is well made, but it is a bit like a punching pipe, so I think a few thousand yen less would be appropriate.
If I had bought a Silencer with a Punching bore & Phi;38 or so like NITRO RACING or Bagus! from the beginning, I would not have had to take so many detours...but I enjoyed the twists and turns in many ways, so that's good.

Kiyone Items.
When I installed Maverick's MV83 (L:400, 2P) in Nojima's FASARM exhaust pipe (Spiral collector), it made a rattling sound at about 3000 rpm, and the sound I used regularly in driving was not beautiful, so I installed MVSlit etc. I tried to install it, but the sound quality was not satisfactory for me personally, so I purchased this product.
I really wanted a double-wall type to prevent damage to the baffle's glass wool, but Nojima's exhaust pipe is φ60.5 only at the silencer attachment point, and the engine side is thinner than that. I think it would not have been able to fit if it had been W-wall.
The baffle diameter was selected as M Size with a view to installing LongAttachment in the future.
I put it in the exhaust pipe as it was and it was too loose, so I used a slotted screwdriver to lightly raise the claw and it fit perfectly without any wobble. (Well, I guess it doesn't matter since the Silencer side will hold it down anyway.)
The thickness of the flange exposes the exhaust pipe, but this does not cause exhaust leakage and is not a problem.
After installing the baffle, the crackling sound at 3000 rpm without the baffle was gone, and the sound quality became beautiful throughout the entire range. After driving about 50 km, I looked at the baffle and found that it was already discolored, probably due to direct contact with the exhaust gas. In the future, I would like to use KIJIMA's Acoustafil.
The sound deadening effect with this product was 2 dB in our measurement. The improvement in sound quality is even better than that, so we recommend purchasing this product for clarification purposes rather than for sound deadening. For sound deadening, MVSlit is cheaper and more effective. (It is not Straight, so the sound quality is a bit muffled...)
For reference, we measured the proximity noise in various conditions and found the following results. (Small numbers are rounded down. (Please note that this is an amateur measurement with a toy sound level meter, so please use the measured values as reference.)
MV83Silencer as it is:106dB
MV83+Automatic magicInner baffle (this product):104 dB
MV83+MVSlit (Sports):102dB
MV83+MVSlit (mute):97dB

Exhaust pressure adjustment
cbr250rr mc51 AKRAPOVICExhaust System
cbr250r mc41 WR'sExhaust System
mounted on
AKRAPOVIC can also ensure exhaust pressure, and the volume is lowered just right.
WR's are too subtle with too much exhaust pressure. Volume goes down.
Glass Wool burns quickly, so it is a recommendation to wrap Stain Wool on top of the purchased condition.
Since the exclusive for RepairGlass Wool is expensive at 1,000 yen, commercially available for RepairGlass Wool with Stainless needle Gold is sufficient.
By the way, if you open your fingernail so much that it is too hard to insert it, if you open the Axel all the way, you can….

Effective for Torque up (Sound deadening effect?)
AKRAPOVIC's Full Exhaust System&Silencer on MC51 (for Race) The combination of the two was used.
In the Circuit, the inner baffle was too loose without the baffle and the Torque was insufficient at low RPM. (BF50S/M) attached.
Torque recovered, but the exhaust sound was still too loud and bothersome, so I purchased a one size small BF50S/S this time.
The sound deadening effect of the BF50S/M is virtually non-existent.
In addition, all of the sound deadening material burned out after about 20 minutes of Circuit driving.
I would like to check the effect of BF50SS in the next Circuit run.
The results were measured with a sound level meter before and after the replacement of M&arr;S.

When it runs, it's Bigli
I ran it and it was very quiet.
I didn't know that at the time of Idling, sorry.
I installed it on techserfu's Silencer to try it out!
It was very quiet with Silencer's End Baffle removed!
Loud enough to pass inspection (99 decibels)
It was like a Motorcycle for Large people.
After driving 200 km, I checked the White Glass Wool and found it to be pure Black!
