High cost performance! However, the sound is not so good at high rpm...
[How is it used?
The JA60 CROSS CUB has a large catalyst resistance and has a clogged fee ring at high rpm.
When going on a forest road touring to a neighboring prefecture, it is necessary to drive for a long time on a main road with a fast current.
I want to improve it because I sometimes get agitated by cars. I also wanted to change the exhaust system to an up type so that it would not rub when driving on forest roads.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I felt it was unexpectedly heavy, but that can't be helped because the material is All Stainless.
Parts at the connection to the EX port were a little rough in fabrication, but overall the fabrication was good.
I was impressed that the included Heat Guard was made of real probably Dry carbon and was Large considering the price.
Silencer mounting parts will be replaced by Rear suspension mounting nut and bar.
Material:Since it is aluminum, there was some concern that a strong Torque could not be applied.
We chose this product, which has a tighter EXPipe bend than YOSHIMURAetc. to avoid interference when used with ZETA's Under Frame Kit, but it had more clearance with the skid plate of the Under Frame Kit than we expected.
Was the installation difficult?
There was a paper with the title "Installation Instruction Manual," but it only contained a list of Product Contents and no instructions on how to install the product. Well, even without such a manual, if you have some motorcycle experience, you can understand it by looking at the parts included in the package, so there is no problem.
CROSS CUB was a little troublesome because the footpeg had to be shifted to remove the OEM Exhaust System.
If the four Footpeg Fixed Bolts were completely removed, it would be Large strange to put them back in, so we took out the Bolt only on the Exhaust System side, and the other One Side was OK just by loosening it.
The mounting part of the Heat Guard was slightly gapped in the direction, and it seemed to be screwed in place with Flat Washer.
The included Screw was too short to accommodate the Washer.
Also, when I replaced the Rear suspension with yss one, it was thicker than OEM and interfered with the Silencer.
We needed a 10mm Spacer and a longer Bolt for that.
The clearance between the plug cord and the EXPipe may or may not be 5mm, so thermal countermeasures may be necessary.
How was your experience with it?
Even with Baffle, the sound is quite energetic from Idling, and it has a large sound when it is blasting and accelerating.
The sound quality is good without being vulgar and quiet in cruising, which is satisfactory for me.
I was hoping for more power at higher RPMs with better disengagement, but unfortunately, I only felt a slight improvement.
On the other hand, I feel that the push feeling at the start of 1st and 2nd gear has increased, so if the Baffle is removed, the high rpm may be even better.
I don't do it because I think the constant WITHOUT Baffle is too loud...
Be careful not to burn yourself if you put your foot right down when you stop the car, as you are likely to touch the part that does not have the Heat Guard.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Installation Instruction Manualw without description.
1 Re-ARAI's Sticker
Everything necessary for installation is included, such as Silencer mounting band, fixing bolt, spring, etc.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I wanted a little more Power up there even with Baffle.
The bend of the Pipe immediately after the EX port is tighter than YOSHIMURA and others, so this may be the reason.
Notes/Items to buy together
If the rear suspension has been replaced and is thicker than OEM, the silencer will interfere.
Spacer must be provided separately.
Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
Silencer mounting parts also serve as mounting bolts for the rear suspension.
For strength and durability, wouldn't Stainless Steeletc. be better instead of Aluminum?
And the Screw for Heat Guard installation is too short.

Good sound! Design like no other
ftr223 purchased used.
The car was equipped with an external exhaust system from the beginning, but the design was a little unsatisfactory, so the silencer was replaced with a silencer only.
And I came across this Exhaust System.
Maybe I'm jumping out a little too far on the SIDE.
but I'm satisfied with the sound.

Installed on CB400SF. Exhaust noise and work
The exhaust sound after the installation was better than expected with dry bass sound. The pipe is Straight Penetrating, and the sound pressure and bass are good. Points of installation
The joint part of the OEM exhaust pipe and the attached pipe is firmly inserted by hitting it with a mallet, etc., and the band is tightened. (Exhaust leak prone area)
When I fixed the Thailand coil to the Footpeg Bracket, it was wobbly due to the cushioning effect of the bush because of the sleeve inside the coil. I bought a ?12mm hole washer at Home center and put pressure on the bush by biting two pieces of washer. (Sleeve??about 11mm?)
The sound quality is as good as NORMAL when the baffle is on, and great when the baffle is off.

If you are looking for Universal Silencer, re ARAI's.
Wye Burn Complete Exhaust (Oval Silencer) by Earls GEAR is in use.
I like Large's Full Exhaust System System System, which has the best performance, but I replaced only the silencer because my favorite Oval Silencer was a little too long and looked slightly ugly.
Earls GEAR, I am sorry. (^_^;)
I like the Large silencer because it is very well made and beautiful.
Last time, I purchased and used 500mm of 90Φ but it was still too long, so this time I took the plunge and purchased 380mm of the same outer diameter.
In summary, we are satisfied with the design and appearance to our liking.
In terms of performance, the car is outstandingly smooth, blows up fast, and is fun to drive.
