Smooth… should be!
[How is it used?
I usually have my maintenance done at Technics, but just before the race I noticed a leak in the fork oil, so I bought some from Webig and replaced it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image
Was the installation difficult?
Since I hadn't run much since the last OH, I didn't change the oil on the InnerCartridge side, just the Outer, so it was easy.
But it is not wrong size? So I removed the Spring which is holding the Rip and inserted it into Inner Tube. So I removed the Spring that holds the Rip and inserted it into the Inner Tube.
How was your experience with it?
It was Race right after I installed it, but it worked well and Smooth.

Better than OEM
The green color of the seal will give you a sense of satisfaction after replacing it.
It has less drag resistance than the OEM, but whether it moves the legs better is a mystery.
You may have to go to Circuit to find out,...

Front fork works well
I have been riding RMX250S for more than 10 years without any leak of fork oil, so I only changed oil.
Because I often see it in the advertisement of Technics, I became interested and bought it this time! 。
I always maintain the front fork myself, so I didn't have any trouble installing it, but the Green Light seal is not visible from the outside because of the Fork Boots, and I didn't want the SKFSticker on it to look like a fake.
Bottom line, Front fork movement is good. I don't want to be overconfident, but I didn't trust Michelin AC10 on public roads before, but after changing Seal, AC10 has less fear of sudden collapse.

Product Name
SKF Fork Seal Kit
Item Number
KITB-43K
Vehicles
ZX-10R C type 2004
Number of man-hours
Around 3 hours
Why did you choose this product?
We found the fork seepage of the vehicle, so we did OH this time.
I was thinking of using OEMSeal when I reassembled my car, but SKF had a product that was compatible with my car that I had used on another motorcycle in the past and had a good feeling about, so I bought it this time with high expectations.
Impressions after using it
I've had it installed for a month now and I've put over 3000km on it, and the fork is smoother.
Even if you install the OEM Seal properly, you can feel the stiffness and the movement of the SKF, but with the SKF, there is no resistance to movement and you can easily feel the original movement of the Fork.
As for the C type, I was able to feel the smoothness of the movement more because the inner tube was given the KaStripeCoating.
The fact that there is no resistance to movement means that I can tighten the damping and spring rate, and I would like to enjoy setting the suspension in the future.
▼ Attention
OH of Inverted Front Fork requires special knowledge and special tools, so if you have no experience, it is better to consult a motorcycle shop.

Watch the number of pieces.
As far as performance is concerned, there are no problems at all and movement seems to have improved.
I also like that it's green, although I have a preference for the color.
Be careful not to forget to buy as it is one product.
I've made a mistake. (Lol)
I have already purchased it again.

No recommendation
I installed it on a '96 RGV-& Gamma;250SP.
It fits into the outer tube with little or no resistance when the seal is inserted.
I doubt very much if it can be sealed properly.
After a little bit of driving after installation, it started to bleed.
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It doesn't seem to be a work error as they are both blotted out.
Perhaps they are loosening the adherence of the Oil Seal to the extreme.
The site of Technics mentions the durability, but it's a laughingstock.
The key performance also felt less effective for this Gold amount.
It's not cheap, so you have to pay attention to the quality.

Stroke looks different.
I used it on my 08GSX1300R HAYABUSA and I could feel the friction was reduced when I installed it and I could feel the lightness when I troke it. The fitting is not the same as OEM, but the color of Green Light. (Also available in Black.) It has become a well moving suspension. After running hard, there was a little blotchiness, but it didn't bother me to use it normally, so I use it as it is. I don't mind it even more if it's upright.
I'm also concerned about the durability. And if the price is another 10-20% cheaper...

Overhaul of the Fork
Bought this for Overhaul because it was leaking oil.
I am a beginner who did overhaul by myself for the first time and it worked fine.
I'm currently running about 3000km from Overhaul and I have not seen any oil leaks.
The SKF LogoSeal is also included in the package, so you can use it for your doggie.

Large satisfied!
Because the front fork of CB1300SB which I bought used was solidly deteriorated, I chose this one for the purpose of overhaul.
I chose Green Light as the color … I wanted to make it stand out because it's an Other Brand Product … it's self-satisfying!
I don't know how it works at the time of OEM, but it moves flexibly and looks great!
I drove more than 5000km around Winding, but no oil leaks, etc.

blur
Oil oozes on one side of the fork, perhaps because of the accuracy of the product
Or rather, it's dripping
I don't think it's the Seal, though &hellip, because it wasn't leaking on the old, deteriorated Seal ;

Some blotting due to my installation error The product itself is not bad
I use it for the Front fork of my CB1300
It was my first time replacing it, so it was quite fiddly, but I got it right the second time There are no leaks at present and it strokes well However, RightFork is blotting a little because it was the first challenge and exploration
That's a mistake when working I thought you should only try it if you're confident you can do it perfectly when working on it yourself …

I feel like I'm moving better
Overhauled in contrast to the OEM, the movement has improved in Large
Less resistance means less resistance, which increases the chance of Oil leaks, but
This is in exchange for being able to move lightly with the effects
It may also be friendly to Inner Tube Plating as it will be less tight
I think this is something we need to continue to look at
I've learned to pick up the fine Gap when I board, which I quickly got used to I don't think that's a bad thing

I think it's good
Right Side is out of the game, so we're going to use the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I replaced it I'm very happy with the way it turned out It was
The product that came in was surprisingly hard, I thought Oil Seal was soft, but is that what it is? Right?
Anyway, of course the leakage stopped, and thanks to the oil seal or thanks to the oil that was changed at the same time, the movement stopped is now Smooth
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It's a bit of a pain to be over 8,000 yen in

Speaking of Oil Seal, SKF?
When we were considering using OEM and other brand products for overhauling the Fork, we decided to use the following methods SKF Seal is in sight and another vehicle with an OEMSFK, so the Fork subject to OH I bought it to try SKF
The car used is Ducati 1198s with OHLINS 43mm KIT (G) Or (B) and whether Dust Seal is Green or Black, − and 43 (O) after 43 (O) is O in diameter is the O in Ohlins
The Seal of SKF is often heard to have leaked, but there was a little bit of oil left in it after assembly It blurred even if I let it blur or stroked The blotting disappeared when I moved it around and wiped it off, so it doesn't seem to be leaking right after its installation It is expected to be durable
The Friction story is a free fall of the Outer tube with OEMSeal and SKFSeal I feel like it's better than the OEM, as I've measured the speed But I don't know how much effect it has on the actual running, because I haven't run it yet I also changed the oil from OEM to Yamaha's M1 It's highly doubtful that you can feel the difference in Seal
As others have said, the price is high, so I'm not talking about Friction loss, but Green I can see the Dust Seal of Light, but I think that's the effect (Lol)

The build is completely different from the OEM Excellent
This will be in-play a few months after your purchase
The Inverted Front Fork on the TZR250R installed on the R1-Z has leaked It is more expensive than OEM, but the performance is improved and the appearance is also changed It's more than just the gold amount
The good news:The OEM Fork Seal uses only rubber and fork oil to lubricate and stop leaks The Seal itself has the ability to lubricate I could feel that the sliding resistance decreased and the movement became smooth from the moment it was applied Of course, the leakage stopped
Bad:Because of the good accuracy, I felt the seal press fitting was hard even with the special tool Because Seal is soft, fork oil bled slightly for 2 or 3 days until it got used to the seal No problem at all

It is a self-satisfying part
Low Friction can be compared by exchanging only one side when assembling parts. I do not understand honestly when I say that this low friction can be understood when driving. Since the movement of suspension is controlled by the damping force, the effect of low friction is Small. However, the Inner pipe is more than Plating, polished Chromium Plating, Titaniumium plating with low sliding resistance, I think that it will be Titanium if it is asked which is better. This same idea is this part.
There are imprints with poor durability, but we can use it without problems. At the distributor, on the contrary, we sell high durability at Sale Sp Point, this point is how the User decides.
It is Custom that you can taste self-satisfaction when you are wearing it, we will post a comparative photograph with Lime green for reference on a Kawako ride.
