SUNSTARBrake Disc
The front brake caliper was replaced with brembo, and the brake disc was replaced with SUNSTAR.
When removing the disc, the bolt is hard and has a screw lock, so be careful not to lick the bolt head.
The Bolt that was removed may be distorted and should be replaced with a new one.
I changed the disc and tried it on Touring and the Touch is better than the OEM disc.
We found the performance of the Other Brand Product disc to be excellent.

This time I purchased the same product with a change from 37T to 39T.
The last time I removed it after 2,500 km and checked it, there was almost no wear, confirming that the manufacturer's claimed durability of 10,000 to 20,000 km is not exaggeratedly large.
The appearance and light weight give me a certain satisfaction, and the peace of mind that comes with a reliable manufacturer's product is hard to beat.

Installed on a 2021 MT-09SP
I was not dissatisfied with the performance of the OEM disc, but I installed the Made in Sunstar Rear Disc Rotor on the MT-09SP, which was model changed to 2021, in conjunction with the replacement of the rear caliper.
Although there is no information on WEBIKE's sales page regarding compatibility after 2021 model year, SUNSTARWEBPage lists up to 2022 model year, and the OEMParts List is also compatible with past models due to common parts.
When installed, the inner side of the OEMdisc is cut out when stacked on top of the OEMdisc, which is expected to reduce weight compared to the OEMdisc.
The actual disc weight was measured and the OEM disc weighed 1039g and the SunStar disc weighed 948g, resulting in a weight reduction of 91g.
The Brake effect seems to increase from the Pattern of the disc, but even the OEM is too effective and I was worried because I wanted to drop the disc.
However, since we replaced the Rear caliper with Other Brand Product this time, it was unclear where the pad contact surface would be located. We decided to replace the disc as well.
By the way, as a result, I wondered if I could have just replaced the Caliper+Support for now, since the contact surface of the Pad is about 1mm outside of the OEM in the case of the Caliper support+New Crab made by OVER.
In addition, as detailed in the Imprements for each Parts, the above combination made the total weight about 400g lighter.

Quality, honesty, rigidity, and talent
Front brake disc of TRX850 was replaced with MADE IN SUNSTAR.
The reason why we decided on MADE IN SUNSTAR was first of all because it is made in Japan.
The company's design philosophy is also the following three points

(2) Harmonize the entire process Designing for Optimal Tolerances."
(iii) How far do you have to go to break it? Limits and Challenges."
I sympathized with SUNSTAR's emphasis on what is required of a brake disc rotor above all else, in addition to high safety and durability, rather than focusing on design.
It is a functional beauty, or rather, it is robust and full of rigidity from the outside.
The disc is perfectly accurate, and the quality of the exclusive design of the car model is outstanding. The initial braking feel is rigid, and the sliding feel with the brake pads is solid, without any strange abruptness, and is very simple&natural.
I think the best place is where it feels normal.
Next time I replace the brake disc rotor, I would like to use MADE IN SUNSTAR.

Natural Suite
Rear Brake Disc Rotor of TRX850 was replaced with MADE IN SUNSTAR.
Since the Front Brake Disc Rotor was replaced, the Rear was also MADE IN SUNSTAR.
High safety, optimal tolerance design, limits and challenges are the company's design philosophy.
I sympathized with the emphasis on functionality over design.
The quality of the product is perfect and full of rigidity.
The initial touch with Brake Pads is also natural, and has a nice, natural feel without being abrupt.
I don't know how to describe it, but it's seamless.
Next time I replace the brake disc rotor, I would like to use MADE IN SUNSTAR.

Expensive but good!
The front disk rotor of NINJA400 is changed to SUNSTAR WORKS EXPAND WTB25WR for Z900. 310mm OD is the same as OEM, but the thickness is 5.5mm, 1mm thicker than OEM 4.5mm.
The OEM Caliper would not fit the 5.5mm thickness, so I went with Frembo's 40mm, 4P Caliper. the Caliper support is Active, and I needed to Offset the Caliper outward 0.5mm with the Spacer.
Pad needs to be shaved 2-3mm on the inside with Endless's SUPERHybridSintered pad.
The MASTERCylinder is for brembo14RCSRadial and the Hose is for SWAGE-LINE's NINJA2 Helmet 50.
I had no complaints with the OEM brake system until I started getting judder, but now that I have changed, I regret that I should have changed sooner. The brake is gentle at the beginning, but the more you grip it, the more it works linearly. I think this fee ring is not only due to the rotor but also due to the pad. Of course, Judder has been fixed.
If it is a double disk, it is very WORKS EXPAND Quantity:I can't afford 1pc. 70,426 yen, but since it is a Single, I managed to do my best.

Fitted with 520Conversion of Zr-7
I installed 36T with 520Conversion in Zr-7.
I have not researched it in detail, but I think the only 520Sprocket for Zr-7 is lineuped only by SUNSTAR. I would be very grateful if there is a 520 setting since it is an old motorcycle.
Before the replacement, I had a 525 OEMSteelSprocket, so the 520 Duralumin is laughably light. And of course, I feel more nimble when I roll my Motorcycle.
Life may be inferior to Steel, but I personally find it acceptable because I think Large is what you get with lighter weight.

Zr-7 is now 520.
We have finally achieved the 520Conversion of Zr-7 that we have wanted to work on for a long time.
Since it is not a part that is changed frequently, I installed one Up 17T while I was at it.
My personal impression is that the speed increases after the Engine speed exceeds 5,000 rpm, and it feels more comfortable than with the 16T.
I also did not feel any particular sluggishness in acceleration when starting to open the door from the low RPM range, so I have a good feeling about it in general.
